Help!

Even the best researchers become “stuck” looking for a few people. If you can help with any of the following questions please let me know. Please contact me.

I’m looking for leads on the following:

Descendants of
Lew Singer born Eugen Singer in 1895 in Whitechapel. he is a total mystery. I can’t find what has happened to him at all.
Frederick Edward Singerborn 1897 in Whitechapel. I think he had one daughter, and she died childless, but you never know.
Sophie Freda Anna Singer born 1899 in Whitechapel (I think I have them all, but her daughter, Doris died a Tormay and I can’t find the marriage record of Doris Arend to any Tormay. It is possible they had children.
Woolcotts who moved to Australia in the mid 1800′s  (descendants of Henry Charles Woolcott, Thomas Hugh Augustus Woolcott, Frank Albert Woolcott. I know Thomas had three children, but I’d love to find their families).
Martin – grand children and descendants of Amy Beatrice Butt and Arthur Martin who married in 1909

Ancestors of:
Fritz (Frederick) Singer born 1864 in Germany.
Alfred Peel born 1854 in Liverpool.
John Ebdon born 1788 in Sidbury Devon.

ANY INFORMATION AT ALL: On anyone with the surname Gunschmann or Gunsman. I’m researching all people with this name

Interesting question?? Why did Lew Singer a poor lad from a German family living in the east End of London end up in the Durham Light Infantry in the first World War?

I am trying to find the names of the people in these pictures. IF by any chance you can identify them I’d love to hear from you -

Whose wedding is this and where is it taking place? (click on picture for larger version)

I am trying to identify three people here – the man on the left, the woman in the middle between Jack James and Harry Ridgway, and the woman towards the right, just right of Freda Arend (click on the picture for larger version)

If you can help, please contact me.

For protection of identities all reference to living people have been removed from this site. If you are a relative of mine – however distant – or can help with the research, I will gladly share more information with you. Please do ask me and we can help each other.
